Xinhua Cup Cake

Xinhua cup cake, also known as navel cake, is a specialty of Loudi City, Hunan Province, with two colors of yellow and white.The yellow cup cake is colored with brown sugar and rice sugar, and the white one is made of white sugar or saccharin and flour.

The cup cake, in the shape of a gold ingot as large as a baby’s fist, is delicate, sticky and sweet.
