Zhongshan North Road Business District

Zhongshan North Road Business District is adjacent to the Xiangjiang River. The area covers such road sections as Zhongshan North Road, Jiefang Avenue, Jinbu Lane, and Renmin Road. The business district boasts geographical advantages as it is located in the old town of Hengyang City and close to Xiangjiang North Road.

The business district is home to about 200 stores, featuring more than 30 chain brands. There are five different types of business forms. Out of the total number of stores, 30% are dedicated to shopping, 40% are focused on catering, 5% are related to culture and sports, 15% are dedicated to leisure and entertainment, and the remaining 10% are engaged in other types of business. These stores provide consumers with a comprehensive consumption experience that integrates leisure, entertainment, shopping, and catering.
