Dongjiang fish is produced in the Dongjiang Lake which has a volume of 8.2 billion cubic meters and covers a water area of about 17,333 hectares. The unpolluted water creates the fresh, tender and sweet taste of Dongjiang fish.
"Dongjiang Fish" product series include the highest-grade Dongjiang silverfish; Dongjiang dried fish, which won the gold medal of Hunan Agricultural Fair; cured and baked fish, and instant fish.
