Wuyi Business District

Yangguang 100 Fenghuang Street


Yangguang 100 Fenghuang Street is located in the west of Houzishi Bridge in Hunan Xiangjiang New Area. Fenghuang Street integrates elements of old Changsha, architecture style of courtyards and lanes, life scenes, and commercial space. It is a cultural tourism center and a venue for various cultural events.


Meixi Lake Meilanfang Commercial Street




Meixi Lake is located in Hunan Xiangjiang New Area. As the only lakeside commercial street on the shore of Meixi Lake, Meilanfang Street is close to urban landmarks such as Meixi Lake International Culture and Arts Center and Jinmao Twin Towers. It is a slow-paced life-themed street that occupies a 1,000-meter-long lake shoreline. The street integrates landscape leisure, cultural and creative life, music exhibition, creative market, and entertainment. It involves five major formats, namely fashion catering, themed bars, boutique retail, cultural and creative experience, and living facilities.
