Eight Dishes from Jinggang Town

The Eight Dishes from Jinggang Town is the signature dish of Jinggang Town and one of the important local dishes in Hunan cuisine. A variety of culinary skills of Hunan cuisine are used. As its name suggests, the Eight Dishes includes 8 dishes featuring various flavors and diverse ingredients. Each dish is meticulously prepared from a selection of cooking ingredients. They are ranked as follows:
