Changde Bowl Dish

The bowl dish, also known as stewed bowl dish or hot pot, is a typical delicacy in Hunan. Much like the instant boiled dish in Beijing, the hotpot and casserole dish in Sichuan, the bowl dish also needs to get the bowls heated and the soup and foods boiled.
