Spicy Salted Duck

Changde spicy salted duck is a typical snack in Wuling District, Changde City, Hunan Province. It is delicate, spicy, refreshing, mellow and greasy. But it is low in fat and high in protein. The authorities have approved to protect Changde spicy salted duck as a national geographical indication product.
