Changsha was rated as a benchmark city for the construction of an international business environment in China. Changsha wins this honor again after 2019 and 2020. At the conference, China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone Changsha Area was honored as an outstanding industrial zone for the high-quality development of business environment. Changsha County was named a benchmark county for international business environment construction. The Yuhua Block of the China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone Changsha Area was listed as a benchmark industrial zone (provincial-level) in this regard. Liuyang City and Liuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone was among the top 10 counties (or county-level cities) and the top 10 industrial zones for business environment, respectively.
