From now until September, 13 cities and one prefecture across the province will jointly roll out a package of public-benefit initiatives, including cultural and tourism consumption vouchers, free or discounted scenic spot tickets, hotel discounts, and ticket-stub discounts, aiming to attract visitors to watch matches, travel around, and savor the unique flavors of Hunan.

"Ticket-stub economy" initiatives are underway. Hengyang, Yueyang, and Xiangxi will offer multiple discounts on dining, accommodation, and shopping with "Xiangchao" match tickets. In Yueyang, for example, consumers can visit core scenic spots like Yueyang Tower, Junshan Island, and Tianyue Mufu Mountain for free on the match day and the following day with their "Xiangchao" ticket stubs and ID cards. Meanwhile, 33 hotels across Yueyang City are offering a 12% off.

Consumption vouchers are being offered. Partnering with UnionPay and Didi Chuxing, Changde will release voucher packs worth over 10 million CNY, offering a 40% discount on each ride within the main urban area. Zhangjiajie will roll out 300,000 CNY in cultural and tourism vouchers in Dayong Ancient Town, alongside one million CNY in subsidies through Taobao Flash Sales, Alibaba's flash delivery platform. Yongzhou's federation of trade unions will coordinate the distribution of 1.3 million CNY in electronic vouchers. Huaihua will distribute discount vouchers on home game days and roll out a "Fan All-in-One Card."

As the main venue for this consumption season, Yueyang will host a series of events themed "Dongting Fishing Boat Lights Season Summer Night," including the "Waiting for a Sunset by the Dongting Lake" photo challenge, a lakeside music festival, an international barbecue competition, and a beer camping festival, running until November.

The event is co-hosted by the Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and the Yueyang Municipal People's Government. At the launch ceremony, travel agency associations from Hunan and Jiangxi provinces signed a cooperation agreement on tourist exchange.
