Hunan Foreign Affairs Comprehensive Service Hall to Be Relocated

On July 20, according to the Exit-Entry Service Center of the Foreign Affairs Office of Hunan Provincial People's Government, the Hunan Foreign Affairs Comprehensive Service Hall will relocate at the end of July. Services will be suspended during the relocation period. Please plan your visits accordingly to avoid wasted trips.

Service Suspension Period:

Online Application Services (Overseas Trips, Consular Authentication/Apostille Applications, etc.)
From 10:00 on July 24 (Friday) till 15:00 on July 27 (Monday)

Offline Counter Services (Visa Submission/Collection, Passport/ Exit-Entry Permit for Traveling to and from Hong Kong and Macao Deposit and Withdrawal, Offline Consular Authentication/Apostille Processing, Visa Applications for Private Purposes, Fee Payment, etc.)
From 12:00 on July 24 (Friday) till 18:00 on July 27 (Monday)

Business Hours of the New Hall:
The new hall will officially be put into service at 8:00 on July 28 (Tuesday), and the original location will be closed.

New Address: 14th Floor, Jungong Building, No. 238 Yingbin Road, Furong District, Changsha City
Transportation Options:
1. Metro: Take Line 6 to South Martyrs Park Station (Hunan Museum), and exit through Exit 2, then walk for 5 minutes.
2. Bus: Take Bus No. 28, 131, 136, or other routes to South Martyrs Park Station, then walk for 5 minutes.
Directions: Take the elevator to the 14th floor, turn right upon exiting the elevator to see the hall direction sign.
