On November 4, thirteen Geely Xingyue L vehicles arrived at Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, after going through the customs clearance process at the Kashgar Customs Authority. The shipment was organized by the Yueyang Guansheng Investment Development Co., Ltd. This was an opportunity for Yueyang to integrate into the "Belt and Road" Initiative, to establish a smooth channel for exporting used cars by land, and to expand international and domestic markets. 

China's used cars are popular in Central Asia, Russia, and other countries and regions due to their high performance value, which is attributed to the advancement of the "Belt and Road" Initiative. Since the beginning of this year, the company has set up a special task force to purchase 368 used cars and has collaborated with partners to export the vehicles to Central Asia, Russia, and other places via Helgas port and Kashgar's ports.
 
The Yueyang Chenglingji Finished Vehicles Import Port was inspected and approved in July 2015. It is one of the nine national platforms at Chenglingji and the first finished vehicles import station in central China. The port handled more than 17,000 imported vehicles and registered an import and export volume of 4.6 billion yuan. In the first nine months of this year, the port completed customs clearance for 1,008 imported cars with a trade value of 500 million yuan.
