Bank of Changsha Co., Ltd.

Bank of Changsha Co., Ltd. (BCS) is the first regional joint-stock commercial bank and the largest corporate financial enterprise in Hunan Province, China. It was established on May 25, 1997. The bank went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on September 26, 2018, with the stock code 601577, becoming the first listed bank in Hunan Province.


BCS operates 30 branches, including 13 in Zhuzhou, Xiangtan, Changde, Huaihua, Loudi, Chenzhou, Shaoyang, Yiyang, Yongzhou, Zhangjiajie, Hengyang, Yueyang, and Guangzhou, along with 17 immediate sub-branches. It has 389 licensed business outlets and service networks that cover all cities and counties in Hunan Province and extend into Guangdong Province. It also holds stakes in Xiangxi Changhang Rural Bank, Qiyang Rural Bank, Yizhang Changhang Rural Bank, and Changyin 58 Consumer Finance Company. Additionally, it has established Hunan Changyin Digital Technology Co., Ltd. to provide customers with 24/7 mobile banking, online banking, WeChat banking, and telephone banking services.
