Brief Introduction of GI

Zhangjiajie Berry Tea is a type of small-leaf Amur grape plant that grows in the Wuling Mountains of China, with Zhangjiajie as its core area. It is rich in natural active flavonoids, containing up to 43.78%, making it the highest known plant in flavonoid content and earning it the title "King of Flavonoids." Because during its processing the cells break down, the active flavonoid components seep to the surface, forming a "white frost" that resembles mold. The pronunciation of "mold" (霉) is the same as "berry" (莓) in Chinese, hence it is called "berry tea. For centuries, the local Tujia mountain people have consumed this tea, not only for its unique taste but also for its remarkable effects in healing and strengthening the body.

The active flavonoids in Zhangjiajie Berry Tea can kill bacteria, expel phlegm, reduce fever and swelling, lower blood lipids, blood pressure, and cholesterol, and protect the liver. It has significant anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral effects on upper respiratory tract infections, acute and chronic pharyngitis, and bronchitis. Additionally, it contains no theobromine or caffeine, is mild in nature, slightly bitter in taste with a sweet aftertaste. Long-term consumption can significantly improve physical fitness, enhance immunity, and improve sleep quality.
