The 5th "Xiaoxiang Friendship Award" Winners: Mr. Julien Jean-pierre Adrien Latil

Mr. Julien Jean-pierre Adrien Latil, French, expert in mechanical and quality engineering, deputy chief engineer of Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology Co., Ltd(TMT).

Mr. Julien Latil helped the company to be certified by AAR, IRIS and CE, therefore won a huge market share for TMT; he has also guided the company to be certified by DB AG, Alstom and Bombardier Inc, strongly ensured the company's oversea business unit's sales goal; he has also guided TMT's quality management team to be successfully certified by SNCF, ensuring the company break into French market.

Mr. Julien Latil has trained TMT's quanlity management personnel, and helped at least two qualified engineers gaining relevant international certification of qualification. Mr. Julien Latil has also proposed corrective actions for TMT.
