Mr. Diyorbek Isorilov, Uzbekistan, Master of Philosophy, teacher of Hunan College of Foreign Studies, winner of "Xingcheng Friendship Award"

He arrives at the classroom ten minutes earlier, he voluntarily arranges three nights' tutoring classes every week. He organized various activities to promote China-Russia friendship. He wrote songs as well as academic thesises.

He led foreign teachers to plant trees, appealed students to clean rubbish along the Xiangjiang River, donated money and goods to disaster stricken area. He led all faculties and students majoring Russian to hold the fundraising activity, and donated all charity money to the Red Cross Association of Hunan Province.
