International Sister Cities of Hunan
Hunan has, concentrating on economic and social development as well as enterprise's "going global" strategy, continually optimized friendly-city distribution worldwide, and expanded friendly relations with countries and regions along the "Belt and Road" Initiative, in order to promote Hunan's international associations. As of October 2024, Hunan has established friendship city ties with 110 foreign regions, including 31 at the provincial level, 66 at the city level, and 13 at the county level.
