Introduction: The planned area of electronics manufacturing industry base reaches 51.7 mu and the net land area is 39.1 mu. The total construction area reaches 35,106 m². It is planned to construct five 3-floor standardized plants with the construction area of 26,814 m²; two 6-floor shift work apartments with floorage of 8,292 m². The planned plot ratio is 1.35, the building density is 39.6% and the greening rate is 18%. The planned area of equipment manufacturing industry base is 101.3 mu, the net land area is 75.1 mu, and the total construction area reaches 61,896 m². It is planned to constructed four 3-floor standardized plants with floorage of 46,968 m²; two 6-floor shift work apartments with floorage of 14,928 m². The planned plot ratio is 1.24, the building density is 36.2% and the greening rate is 19.2%.

Benefit assessment: If calculated from the current rents implemented in surrounding areas, the monthly rents of the plant and apartment as per square meter are calculated as 12 Yuan and 8 Yuan respectively. The cost can be recovered about 4 years later by means of sole proprietorship; the cost can be recovered about 3 years later by means of cooperation.
