Mayang Citrus Industry Logistics Park Construction

Introduction: 300 mu land is planned to be acquired for the project and a new modern agricultural product logistics park with annual warehousing throughput of 200,000 tons, integrated with processing, warehousing, commodity trading and cold storage will be built. The construction content includes: 15 new joint warehouses with a total warehousing area of 90,000 m², 5 new cold storages of agricultural products, with a total storage capacity of 25,000 m³, purchasing storage facilities and transportation equipment, a new office building with floor space of 5,000 m² and appropriate supporting facilities such as roads, greening and parking lot.

 

Policy guarantee: The project’s prophase demonstration, establishment, construction site and other work have been completed; Mayang County offers preferential policies for land leasing, tax and other aspects.

 

Benefit assessment: After postpartum treatment of citrus, the added value is 600 Yuan per ton, and a profit of 360 Yuan will be gotten after deducting production cost of 240 Yuan. The annual processing capacity of 10 production lines is 60,000 tons, with 21.6 million Yuan profit. The one-time refrigeration warehousing capacity is 10,000 tons, and if the working cycle is 4 times each year, the annual throughput capacity will be up to 40,000 tons, so the added value of refrigerated citrus will be 1200 Yuan per ton; if the production costs and loss are 600 Yuan per ton, the annual profit will be 24 million Yuan. The project’s annual profit will be 45.6 million Yuan.
