On the afternoon of April 26, Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari, during his visit to Hunan province, toured the Xingsha Industrial Park of SANY Group and the Hunan Tea Group Co., Ltd. in Changsha, experiencing the industrial strength of the "capital of construction machinery" as well as the charm of Chinese tea culture.

The No.18 factory of the SANY Heavy Industry, located within the Xingsha Industrial Park, covers an area of 100,000 square meters and has been recognized as a "lighthouse factory" in the global heavy machinery industry. Walking into the garden-like factory, President Zardari learned about the company's achievements in transitioning toward greener, electric-powered products. "I want to produce such products in Pakistan as well," he said on the spot. When he saw an unmanned electric forklift on display, he patted the equipment and asked with a smile, "Can I take this with me?"

At the Hunan Tea Group, President Zardari visited the Tea Museum, watched a tea ceremony performance, and tasted famous Hunan teas such as Junshan Yinzhen tea and Anhua dark tea. He said that Pakistani people love Chinese tea very much and expressed a desire to introduce more Chinese tea products to Pakistan.

On the evening of April 26, Pan Xiangbin, deputy director of Fuwai Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, was granted the Sitara-i-Pakistan award by Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari in recognition of his outstanding contributions to medical assistance in Pakistan.

On April 27, Zardari made a special trip to Shaoshan where he visited the Mao Zedong Memorial Hall and laid a basket of flowers in front of the bronze statue of Mao Zedong.
