Wang Wei'an, male, Han nationality, was born in September, 1975. He obtained a doctoral degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He is now serving as secretary general of the People's Government of Hunan Province; a member of the CPC Leadership Group of the People's Government of Hunan Province; and, secretary of the CPC Leadership Group of the General Office of the People's Government of Hunan Province.
