Chen Jing, male, Han nationality, was born in February, 1971. He obtained a bachelor's degree through an in service graduate course and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He is now serving as vice governor of the People's Government of Hunan Province; a member of the CPC Leadership Group of the People's Government of Hunan Province; and, secretary of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee.
