The Intelligent Technology Industrial Park project, developed by the Hunan Kehao Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.—the first privately-owned enterprise in the Hengyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone to purchase land and construct its own facilities—recently started construction. Liu Ping, vice mayor of Hengyang City, announced the start of construction, and Qin Zhenheng, secretary of the CPC Working Committee of the Hengyang High-Tech Zone, attended the ceremony.

As a "hidden champion" in the global smart bracket industry, Kehao Technology has leveraged its "small brackets" to tap into the "big market " of intelligent manufacturing since its establishment in 2015. The company's independently developed multifunctional bracket products have secured 51 national patents and consistently rank among the top three in sales on Amazon U.S. and European marketplaces. Its two flagship brands have successfully penetrated the high-end markets of Japan and South Korea. The spokesperson of the company explained that the new industrial park project covers nearly 30 mu (approximately 2 hectares) and will feature a smart factory, a R&D center, and a smart warehousing center. Upon operation, the annual output value is projected to reach 300 million CNY, with annual import and export volume exceeding 30 million USD, creating over 200 new jobs.

Li Jingxiong, director of the Hengyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone Administration, noted that in recent years, the zone has fully leveraged the policy advantages of the "Return of Hunan Entrepreneurs" initiative to attract targeted investment, using ties to their hometowns as a bond. Meanwhile, the zone has seized the opportunities presented by Hengyang's designation as a national-level cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone and a collaborative linkage zone of the China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone. It has continued to optimize the "welcome home, return to your hometown, and build your hometown" service system to ensure that more projects by Hunan entrepreneurs are completed, reach full production capacity, and yield results as soon as possible. The zone strives to enable enterprises to invest in Hengyang, find satisfaction in Hengyang, and reap rewards in Hengyang.
