"Hunan will always be the port we set sail from and the harbor we return to," said Zhou Zexiang, president of the Hunan Enterprise Chamber of Commerce in Beijing and chairperson of Beijing Toyou Feiji Electronics Co., Ltd. As the 12th Global Forum for Hunan Entrepreneurs approaches, he expressed with deep affection that the chamber will serve as the "outpost" for the return of Hunan entrepreneurs. It will work to advance information outreach, platform matchmaking, and coordinated implementation, bringing back projects, technologies, and ecosystems so that they can better take root and thrive in Hunan.

"We have cast this vote of confidence in our hometown, and we are growing more confident with each investment," Zhou remarked. A native of Xiangtan, he has studied and done business in Beijing for more than 30 years. In recent years, he has led his company to establish China's first comprehensive professional storage industrial park in Changsha.

"The ecosystem facilitates and the service escorts our settlement," Zhou summarized his true feelings in the process of returning to Hunan to develop his business. In his view, Hunan's business environment has ranked among the top nationwide for many consecutive years, with full government sincerity, efficient coordination, and policy commitments that are delivered as promised. Hunan boasts a strong industrial atmosphere and the most complete ecosystem, with the shortest supply chain and the fastest response. "The scenarios are right at hand, and the ecosystem is right downstairs," he added.

"When waters from all corners of the country converge in Dongting Lake, they are bound to create an even greater tide," Zhou Zexiang noted. Extending an invitation to the world, he wished every project at this forum would take root and flourish; that the three-day event would be not an end but the starting point for serving Hunan entrepreneurs 365 days a year; and that global Hunan entrepreneurs would find more development opportunities in Hengyang and throughout Hunan.
