On May 14, Wu Guiying, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and secretary of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, met in Changsha with leaders of national-level business associations, centrally administered state-owned enterprises, top 50 global construction machinery companies, Fortune Global 500 enterprises, top 500 Chinese enterprises, top 500 Chinese private enterprises, and key industry enterprises. The guests came to attend the 4th Changsha International Construction Equipment Exhibition (CICEE).

Secretary Wu Guiying welcomed the guests and briefed them on the development of Changsha. She stated that in recent years, Changsha has been focusing on the blueprint outlined in the "Three Hubs and Four New Missions" Strategy, continuously striving to build itself into an advanced manufacturing hub of national importance. CICEE, having been successfully held for three sessions, will comprehensively showcase the industry's development achievements, jointly explore industry trends, and actively promote fruitful cooperation. It is hoped that this exhibition will act as a bridge to facilitate deeper integration of advantageous international and domestic resources, enhance collaboration among industry enterprises, build an industrial chain ecosystem, and inject stronger impetus into the high-quality development of the global construction machinery. 

The guests remarked that CICEE is an international event for the entire industry and serves as a shining calling card of Hunan. They expressed their intention to leverage their respective advantages to assist Changsha in achieving new breakthroughs in establishing world-class advanced manufacturing clusters and advancing the industry towards high-end, intelligent, and green development. 

Persons in charge of relevant provincial departments, as well as relevant municipal leaders from Changsha, participated.
