The "Respect Changsha Kiln—2026 Colored Porcelain Source International Ceramic Art Exhibition" opened at Changsha Tongguan Kiln Museum on June 7, 2026. The exhibition will last till August 16.

There are more than one hundred ceramic works on display, covering multiple aspects such as the inheritance of underglaze color traditions, technological innovation, experiments with new materials, and contemporary conceptual expressions. These works continue the thousand-year cultural lineage of Changsha Kiln as an important source of Chinese color porcelain, vividly demonstrating the diverse explorations and creative vitality of contemporary ceramic artists. The exhibits encompass both the preservation of ancient underglaze color techniques and innovative expressions infused with modern concepts.

At the event, the "Changsha Kiln Tongguan Ceramics Class" was inaugurated. The establishment of this class marks a new phase of university-local cooperation in the inheritance and innovation of Changsha Kiln.
