On August 12, Shen Xiaoming, secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, inspected Starair Aircraft Co., Ltd. in Zhuzhou, learning about the company's development plans, and listening to opinions and suggestions. He called for thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of President Xi Jinping's important speeches and instructions on Hunan's work, maintaining strategic focus, and staying committed to R&D innovation, to make greater contributions to promoting the high-quality development of Hunan's aviation industry and low-altitude economy.

Starair Aircraft Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of aviation equipment, focusing on niche segments such as manned light aircraft for general aviation and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for emergency rescue.

During his visit to the Starair Aircraft Industry Base, Secretary Shen inspected product displays, gained an in-depth understanding of the company's R&D, manufacturing, application, and market performance, and listened to its development plans and concerns and suggestions during a discussion session.

Secretary Shen pointed out that in recent years, Starair Aircraft Co., Ltd. has maintained a firm strategic focus and achieved multiple breakthroughs in the aviation equipment sector based on efficient R&D and a sound development approach. He expressed the hope that the company will seize the strategic opportunities presented by the national push for the low-altitude economy, leverage Hunan's manufacturing strengths, and focus on building a general aviation aircraft manufacturing base that will drive the agglomeration and development of upstream and downstream industrial chains.

The company should be market-oriented, continuously diversifying its application scenarios, accelerating the commercialization of innovative products, and steadily expanding its market presence. Meanwhile, it should stay committed to its niche segments while concentrating resources to consolidate its core business, actively bringing in strategic investment to scale up its operations. Secretary Shen asked local Party committees, government authorities, and relevant departments to strengthen service support, and proactively help resolve practical difficulties faced by the enterprise, to foster a sound environment for its growth.
