The route operates a round-trip flight daily as MF8739/MF8740, catering to both business and leisure travel needs. The outbound flight MF8739 departs from Changsha at 08:25 and arrives at Singapore Changi Airport at 13:00 local time; and the return flight MF8740 takes off from Singapore at 14:00 and lands in Changsha at 18:45 Beijing time. Such well-timed schedule featuring departure in the morning and arrival by noon not only significantly enhances travel efficiency for passengers, but also connects with Changi Airport's global route network. It will greatly facilitate passenger transits via Singapore to the destinations across Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.

As a main force in Hunan's civil aviation market, Xiamen Airlines launched the Changsha-Singapore route as a concrete move to enhance its operations in the Changsha hub and boost regional connectivity under the RCEP framework.
