2026-05-27 T | T Download Print

On May 26, the construction of rebar binding for piers and cap beams was carried out steadily at Yong'an Station and Jinyang Station on the Changsha-Liuyang Maglev Express Line, with formwork installation and concrete pouring to follow later. Currently, the preliminary work for the entire first bid section has been completed, and the project will now move into precast beam production while steadily advancing pile foundation and bearing platform construction. Civil works are expected to be fully completed by the end of 2027. With a designed speed of 160 km/h, this suburban maglev demonstration line will link Changsha, Changsha Huanghua International Airport, and Liuyang, empowering regional integrated development.
