The group owns more than 30 production enterprises and trading companies, with total assets exceeding 70 billion CNY and over 20,000 employees. The group's comprehensive strength ranks 495th among China's Top 500 Enterprises, 260th among China's Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises, 249th among China's Top 500 Private Enterprises, and 177th among China's Top 500 Private Manufacturing Enterprises. Several of its subsidiaries have been recognized as "High-tech Enterprises," National Contract-honoring and Promise-keeping Enterprises, Brand Enterprises with China's Well-known Trademarks, National Worker Pioneers, Advanced Private Enterprises in the National "Ten Thousand Enterprises Assisting Ten Thousand Villages" Targeted Poverty Alleviation Campaign, Model Honest Private Enterprises in Hunan Province, Excellent Non-public Enterprises in Hunan Province, and "Creditworthy Enterprises" by the Hunan Banking Association. The group is a globally leading manufacturer and seller of glass liner vacuum flasks, wielding pricing influence within the industry, and is also a domestic enterprise producing high-end titanium materials through a complete industrial chain of "titanium ore - high-titanium slag - titanium tetrachloride - titanium sponge - high-end titanium alloy materials - titanium composite materials." The group is among the first batch of 17 pilot circular economy enterprises in Hunan Province and is a "Double-hundred Project" enterprise in Hunan Province. The chairman of the group has been elected as a deputy to the National People's Congress for three consecutive terms.

I. Overview of the Group's Main Business Sectors

1. New Materials Sector

The new materials sector primarily includes the titanium and titanium alloy industry.

The high-performance titanium alloy plates, high-quality wide-format large-coil-weight titanium strips, titanium composite materials, and other titanium products produced by the group's annual 20,000-ton titanium and titanium alloy project are nationally strategic emerging materials. They serve as key foundational materials for "aerospace equipment, marine engineering equipment, and high-tech ships," and are also high-performance structural materials within the "new materials" category, a key supported area under the "Made in China 2025" initiative. High-end new titanium alloy materials are indispensable for major national projects enabling feats like "reaching for the moon above and exploring the deep seas below," including aviation, aerospace, maritime, military industry, nuclear power, and high-speed rail. This project is one of the nationally supported projects addressing 35 "bottleneck" technologies, listed in the National Major Construction Project Database, a key supported enterprise project for advanced manufacturing by the National Development and Reform Commission and a central budget subsidy project, a "National Green Factory" enterprise project by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and a key construction and support project in the Xinjiang autonomous region. It has been specifically listed for key support under Xinjiang's titanium-based, silicon-based, and aluminum-based strategic industries, representing the titanium-based sector.

Titanium alloy new materials are widely used in major national assets such as aviation, aerospace, maritime, military, nuclear power, and high-speed rail, as well as industrial, civil, and medical fields. Particularly with the mass production of large aircraft and automobiles and the widespread application in healthy household consumer goods, there are promising market prospects for titanium and titanium alloy materials. Currently, the company enjoys strong production and sales with demand outstripping supply, having grown into a prominent enterprise, ranking second in China and third globally in the titanium industry.

2. Light Chemical Sector

The light chemical sector mainly includes the daily consumer goods industry and the industry of by-products like stamping coke, crude benzene, and coal tar. The group is a globally leading manufacturer of glass liner vacuum flasks by production and sales volume, holding industry pricing influence, with production bases in Hunan, Jiangxi, Xinjiang, and Shanxi, commanding approximately 38% of the national market share. The "Wujo" trademark is recognized as a China Well-known Trademark and a Trustworthy Brand for Assured Quality and Service in China. The group is a leading producer of stamping coke by production and sales volume on the south bank of the Yangtze River, operating a modern coking production enterprise utilizing new equipment and processes, with an annual output of 2.2 million tonnes of stamping coke, 81,000 tonnes of coal tar, and 23,000 tonnes of crude benzene.

3. Building Materials Sector

The group's building materials sector primarily focuses on the energy-saving glass, ultra-clear glass industry, and the thermal and acoustic insulation glass wool industry. Its subsidiary, Jiangxi Hongyu Energy Development Co., Ltd., is a major producer of energy-saving glass and ultra-clear glass in Jiangxi Province, one of the first pilot circular economy enterprises. . With its intelligent manufacturing equipment ranking among the most advanced in the industry, the company serves as a leading regional enterprise. Another subsidiary, Jiujiang Runcheng New Materials Co., Ltd., is a major manufacturer of thermal and acoustic insulation glass wool in eastern China. Its invention patent, "Longitudinal Flame Energy-saving and Environmentally friendly Glass Melting Furnace" (Patent No.: ZL201310730849.X), represents an advanced and large-scale domestic furnace technology featuring low energy consumption, low management costs, and high product quality, with demand outstripping supply and promising market prospects.

4. Commerce and Trade Sector

The group's commerce and trade sector mainly encompasses the modern commercial logistics, operational property, and trading industries. This sector possesses approximately 1.5 million square meters of self-owned commercial properties located in areas such as Loudi, Lianyuan, Xiangtan, Huaihua, Changsha, Xinjiang, and Jiangxi, generating an annual rental income of about 600 million CNY. The total value of the group's 1.5 million square meters of self-owned commercial properties and trading assets exceeds 20 billion CNY. 

5. Agriculture Sector

The primary entity operating in agriculture is Hunan Tianhua Industrial Co., Ltd. Tianhua is a provincial-level agricultural industrialization leading enterprise and a state-invested enterprise, integrating cattle breeding, fine breed promotion, beef cattle fattening, beef processing, food processing, export trade, and the processing, sales, and base development of meat products, other aquatic processed products, bean products, and vegetable products. It is a nationally designated, large-scale Angus cattle breeding base. It produces 50,000 "Xiangzhong Black Cattle" annually and operates an automated production line and supporting system with an annual slaughtering capacity of 100,000 cattle. The group's agriculture serves the "Rural Revitalization Strategy" and supports national targeted poverty alleviation efforts, leveraging the scale advantage of the Angus cattle base to promote the "Xiangzhong Black Cattle" brand and adopting a "Company + Base + Farmers" model to help over 100,000 farmers escape poverty and achieve prosperity. In 2018, the group received the title of Advanced Private Enterprise in the National "Ten Thousand Enterprises Assisting Ten Thousand Villages" Targeted Poverty Alleviation Campaign. 

II. Future Vision of the Group

Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and focusing on "Made in China 2025," Industry 4.0, the "14th Five-Year Plan and the Long-Range Objectives Through the Year 2035," alongside the company's development philosophy of "Innovation-driven, Green Development, Pursuit of Excellence," the group aims are as follows:

- Over the next 5 to 10 years: To make its self-developed new titanium alloy materials—key foundational core materials for aerospace, aviation, maritime, and military core components—the world leader, establishing this as the group's dominant industry, and to strive for the titanium alloy project's listing by 2026;

- Within the next 3 to 5 years: To upgrade its highest-selling daily-use vacuum flask industry through intelligent and automated improvements, utilizing the group's patented titanium composite materials to incorporate "titanium" elements, thus innovating existing light industrial products, focusing on creating Wujo titanium-based civilian goods to meet the global escalating demand for healthy and high-end consumption, building the "Wujo", a China's well-known trademark into a globally renowned brand, and transforming the largest light industrial daily-use vacuum flask enterprise by sales volume into a leading brand enterprise with the world's top production and sales influence in the vacuum container sector; and,

- Within the next 3 to 5 years: To continuously strengthen the regional leading position in stamping metallurgical coke and ultra-clear energy-saving glass through ongoing innovation and transformation.

Through these efforts, the group aims to become a highly influential modern large-scale private enterprise group in Hunan Province and nationwide.
