Acceptance Criteria: Applicants must provide complete and compliant materials. This requires submitting electronic materials through the online system, presenting original documents in paper form for on-site verification, and submitting photocopies.
Instructions for Application: A work experience certificate related to current employment should be issued by the former employer of the applicant, covering information about the applicant's position, duration of employment, and projects that have been completed. The document must be stamped with the official seal of the former employer or signed by a person in charge, and a contact person with a valid phone number or an email address must be provided for verification purposes. According to the Evaluation Criteria for Foreigners Working in China, for foreign high-end talents (Category A) who (I) have been selected for the domestic talents programs; (II) conform to the international criteria of professional achievements, the commitment system should be adopted. If the applicant has received prestigious awards in the professional field, corresponding proof of the awards may be provided. All documents non written in Chinese must be accompanied by Chinese translations bearing the official seal of the employer.
