Instructions for Application: 1. For changes to the applicant's passport (international travel document) number, the applicant should provide the new passport (international travel document) number along with the BIO page and visa page. 2. For applicants changing positions within the same employer, including promotion from a professional role to an administrative management role, they should submit a formal request letter and supporting documents. If laws or regulations specify different requirements for this situation, those requirements must be followed. 3. For applicants changing to a new position (occupation), the current work permit must be canceled, and a new Foreigner's Work Permit must be applied for. 4. All non-Chinese supporting documents must be accompanied by a Chinese translation and be stamped with the official seal of the employer. Both the original paper documents and the Chinese translations must be uploaded electronically to the application system.
