Cultures of Ethnic Minorities Promoted

During group discussion break, a female delegate, named Shi Hong (Front L) from Xiangxi Tujia & Miao Autonomous Prefecture is introducing Miao embroidery to another two delegates. One is from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (Oroqen people) and the other is from Yunnan Province (Nu people).


Shi brought along with her folk costume of Tujia and Miao people when she came to Beijing for the National "Two Sessions" this year. She hopes to introduce at the meeting more cultures of ethnic minorities of Hunan Province.


Hunan Delegation Holds the Fifth Plenary Session

Hunan delegation attending the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) First Session held the fifth plenary meeting on the morning of March 10, 2018, to discuss the Report on the Work of the Supreme People's Court and the Report on the Work of the Supreme People's Procuratorate. The above photo shows that delegates are listening attentively to comments of speakers.
