On the morning of Nov. 5, 2016, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Acting Governor of Hunan Province Xu Dazhe attended a mobilization meeting to mark the groundbreaking of CEC Information Security and Civil-military Integration Industrial Base.

The project targets at building a national industrial base to carry out the national cyber security strategy, China’s electronic cyber security and information-based system strategy, and Hunan’s strategy on building itself a manufacturing power. Upon completion, the project is expected to generate an annual output value of over 100 billion yuan, and a total pre-tax profit of 2 billion yuan. It will create more than 30,000 jobs.

Xu met in Changsha with China Electronics Corporation (CEC) President Rui Xiaowu and his delegation before the meeting.

Hunan would provide as always a favorable environment and quality service for the CEC, added Xu.
