On June 11, Changsha's first district-level E-commerce Industrial Park was established in Yuhua District. Qiu Jixing, secretary of the CPC Yuhua District Committee, said that the district will build a Tera-scale modern service industry industrial park in Hunan, based on the Yuhua E-commerce Industrial Park and the modern service industry gold corridor of Xiangfu Road. By 2020, the industry park is expected to be a modern service center in central China.

At present, the park is under planning and construction. Three e-commerce service layers will be built, including transaction platform, support service and derivative service. The park will integrate multi-functions such as e-commerce platform, transaction and payment, exhibition and experience, modern warehousing, public sorting, logistics, preferential policy and tax returns, official business, training, warehouse management, property security and comprehensive service. From 2014 to 2018, a total income of 50 billion yuan is estimated to be accomplished, and 100 billion yuan from 2019 to 2023 in technology, industry and trade.
