In accordance with the county government and municipal government’s strategic plan of “enlarging and strengthening the black tea industry of Yiyang”, Taohujiang Tianwen Tea Co., Ltd make use of the natural ecological advantage of Taojiang County and the tea planting habit of the local people and is engaged in research, development, production and marketing of black tea. Located by the ancient tea trade road, the company lies at the Xuefeng Mountain and by the Zijiang River, which is an advantageous tea industry belt situated at north latitude 28o. Veiled in clouds and mists all the year, this place has an area of over 200,000 mu for planting ecological pollution-free tea. As a traditional product, black tea has no side effect to health and has such efficacies as adjusting metastasis, reducing fat, losing weight, warming stomach, removing poison and nourishing skin. The black tea products sell well all over the country. The company plans to invest RMB 50 million for setting up another production line, increasing the black tea production capacity and satisfying the market demand of black tea products.
