Project content: Yiyang Zhongjing Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd has 1 seed stock pig reproduction station, 3 30,000 heads commodity pig farms, 1 pre-mixed feed plant and 800-odd pig raising households, with an annual boar sales volume of 5,000 heads, an annual pre-mixed feed sales volume of 2,000 tons, an annual commodity pig export volume of 20,000 heads and an annual commodity pig sales volume of 150,000 heads. The company obtains an annual production value of RMB 40 million, an annual foreign exchange income of RMB 3 million and an annual profit and tax amount of RMB 2 million. The pig raising households obtain an annual income of RMB 200 million and an annual social benefit of RMB 40 million. The company has 4 superiorities: firstly, superiority in science and technology, after 8 years’ breeding, the company has developed Xiangyi muscle pig system; secondly, superiority in export, the three commodity pig farms have obtained licenses with register numbers of HN172, HN176 and HN152 separately for exporting live pigs to Hong Kong and Macao, with annual export volume of 20,000 to 30,000 heads; thirdly, superiority in policies, the company is exempted from enterprise income tax and is confirmed as a city-level agriculture industrialization leading enterprise (the company has applied for a province-level agriculture industrialization leading enterprise) and enjoys the state’s preferential policy on supporting leading enterprises; fourthly, the company integrates management, planning, breeding, processing, production, supply and marketing and has strong anti-risk capability and strong profiting capability.
The project plans to build 1 seed stock pig reproduction station with an annual boar pig sales volume of 10,000 heads; 1 artificial insemination sperm supply station for supplying sperm to 100,000 heads; 6 10,000 heads demonstration commodity pig farms; 1 100,000t/a full-price feed plant; 1 600,000h/a pork processing plant; 10 10,000t/a composite fertilizer plants; 10,000 standard pig raising households. By 2011, the project shall be completed and go into operation.
Total investment: USD 15.71 million, including USD 11.42 million for investment in fixed assets and USD 4.29 million for investment in floating assets.
