Hunan Heiwado Industry Co., Ltd is a product of friendly relations between Hunan province and Zihe County in Japan. It is the only shopping mall held by Japanese with 60% shares in Changsha. Founded in Dec. 1994, the company has invested $96 million to build a shopping center on Wuyi road. The shopping center was open on Nov. 8 1998 with an operation area of 51,800㎡ and 31,600㎡ of office building. It is an international shopping center integrating retail, catering, entertainment and office into one.
Based on the principle of customers first, the shopping center inaugurated a new era in Hunan business with capacious and comfortable space and humanization design. Its sales performance increases year by year.
By making full use of foreign investments and importing brands from foreign countries and Hong Kong, the shopping center makes efforts to take the leading and meet the demand of customers at home and broad.
