Changsha Rice Noodles

Changsha Rice Noodles is one of the most favorite foods for Changsha residents. Telling by its shape, there are round noodles and flat noodles. Usually, there are two types of accompaniments for the rice noodle. One of them is the ready-made soup which is added onto the boiled rice noodles. The other is a freshly made dish, which is tastier than the former and therefore is more expensive.
