Changsha's amusement consumption market saw steady recovery during the May Day holiday.

On the early morning of May 3, there was a long queue outside the Window on the World,   a theme park in Changsha City. Most of the tourists were parents and children from the province. After the venue codes, digital travel records, body temperatures, and face masks were checked, the tourists can enter the park in an orderly manner. Many parent tourists said that it is not a good idea to go out of the province during the epidemic, so it became a good choice for them to accompany their children here. The staff member introduced that the consumption has picked up during the holiday, and the average daily number of tourists is close to 10,000, which is significantly higher than that in April.

Xiangjiang Joy Town, located in Dawangshan area, Changsha City, has also ushered in the peak consumption period. It has adopted “safe travel” measures to ensure epidemic prevention and fun during the May Day holiday. All the tourists should have their health codes and travel history codes checked, and tourists from other provinces are required to provide a 24-hour nucleic acid test certificate. While doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control, it has offered ticket discounts and explored new ways to make visitors have fun, attracting many tourists. The tourists are mainly young people and parent-child groups. According to the staff, the current average daily number of visitors has reached 2,000, a peak this year.
