They strongly agree that the "Six Guarantees" work is the focus of this year's "Six Stables" work, which was put forward in this year’s government work report. “Six Guarantees” refers to guaranteeing employment, people's basic livelihood, market entities, grain and energy security, stability of the industrial and supply chains, and community-level management. “Six Stables” refers to keeping employment, the financial sector, foreign trade, foreign and domestic investments, and expectations stable.

They believed that ensuring the "Six Guarantees" work to stabilize economic fundamentals can help win time and create conditions to tide over the difficulties amid the COVID-19 epidemic, achieve steady progress, and lay a solid foundation for building a well-off society in an all-round way.
