It was learned from the press conference of the 9th China (Hunan) Mineral & Gem Show (CMGS) held on September 10 that the expo will open in Chenzhou on September 28 and last for 5 days.

The 9th session will be conducted in the form of “online and offline” with the theme of “magic mineral crystals, eternal copper”. The offline main exhibition hall is located at the Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, with an exhibition area of about 60,000 square meters. There will be about 1,000 international standard booths and divided into four major theme exhibitions: mineral crystal area, colored gemstone area, fossil meteorite area, and handicraft area. It mainly displays Chenzhou's local characteristic mineral crystals such as fluorite, calcite, and crystal, as well as natural copper, emerald, aquamarine, and other regional mineral products. The show will be live-streaming simultaneously through the online platform--“Mining Cloud”. The online display will also rely on “Mining Cloud”. There will be 30 VR panorama special and 500 standard booths, mainly presenting natural copper products, fluorite, fluorescent calcite products, aquamarine of Sichuan, antimony fine works, and dialogite of Wuzhou, Guangxi.

The 9th CMGS is rich in content, including 9 major themed events such as the opening ceremony, the summit forum, the mineral and gem promotion of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, and Chenzhou local mineral and crystal fine artwork exhibition. This aims to fully demonstrate the unique charm of Chenzhou, the “City of Mineral Crystal”, and build a grand annual event on global minerals and gems.
