The exhibition takes Alexander the Great's eastward conquest and the time of Hellenization as the boundary line, and features two historical phases of civilization before and after Hellenization. It presents the characteristics of the multiplex symbiosis of Asian civilizations during the rise of civilization and the communication of cultures and trade exchanges in various parts of Asia during the development of civilization.
The religious beliefs in Asia are exhibited as a separate part to showcase the evolution of philosophical thought of religions in Asia during the spread of civilization. The exhibition uses cultural relics to tell history of civilization, presenting the results of exchanges and mutual learning among Asian civilizations, the charm of Asian civilizations, and the Asian culture of "delicious soup is made by combining different ingredients".
