Last Round of Free Hunan Travel Card Online Draw Starts

On September 11, the fourth round of Hunan free travel card online draw ended, with 6,000 winners. The last round kicked off on September 14. The event was hosted by the Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and Hunan Provincial Department of Finance.

The card worth 6,500 yuan will be valid for 12 months. Cardholders can enjoy free or discounted tickets for more than 100 provincial scenic spots, as well as lower price service at certain hotels and catering businesses. The e-card can be operated via user’s mobile.

So far, a total of 212,376 people have successfully registered for the event, and 24,000 cards have been issued. According to the organizer, those who obtained the card through the first round online draw have begun to use the card when visiting scenic areas in the province. The most-visited destinations were: Shaoshan and Dishui Cave; Wulingyuan in Zhangjiajie; Nanyue Temple in Hengyang; Langshan Mountain in Shaoyang; Changsha Ecological Zoo; Dongjiang Lake in Chenzhou; Taohuayuan in Changde; Emperor Yan’s Mausoleum in Zhuzhou; Furong Town in Xiangxi; Hongjiang Ancient Commercial Town in Huaihua; and Boyuedong Scenic Area in Loudi.

Hunan citizens with ID card number beginning with 43 or those whose cell phones were registered in Hunan could apply for the card.
The last round started on September 14 at 10:00 and will end on September 17 at 16:00. The online draw will be held on September 18 at 10:00 and the results will be announced at 11:00 that day.

How to apply:
Follow the WeChat account “hnswhhlyt”, and click “免费抽卡”to register for the card and fill in basic information (name, ID card number, and phone number), and submit.
