11th Hunan Agricultural Machinery, Mining Machinery, and Electronic Ceramics Expo Opens

The 11th Hunan Agricultural Machinery, Mining Machinery, and Electronic Ceramics Expo opened in Loudi on September 15. Twenty modern service, advanced manufacturing, and agricultural projects, worth 11.4 billion yuan, were contracted at the opening ceremony. Meanwhile, 114 trading contracts were reached, with a contract value of nearly 2.3 billion yuan.

This year’s expo covers an area of 40,000 sqm, including an agricultural and mining machinery zone, a themed zone, a comprehensive zone, a home furnishing materials zone, and an automobile zone. In the comprehensive zone, there are special presentation areas for the commodities from the “Belt and Road” countries, poverty-relief agricultural products, and tea culture. There are 561 booths. Nearly 700 enterprises participate.

More than 100 Chinese and foreign large and medium-sized agricultural machinery enterprises participated with their high-end products, including John Deer from U.S.A, Kubota from Japan, Samedeutz-fahr from Italy, and China’s YTO Group Corporation, Sany, Zoomlion, Lovol, DJI, Hunan Jingfei Intelligent Technology, and Nong You Group. More than 40 products from 19 countries along the “Belt and Road” routes, such as Russia, South Korea, Germany, France, Spain, Tanzania, and Thailand, are presented.

Several activities will be held during the expo, including Loudi’s first live-streaming e-commerce festival, cross-border e-commerce forum, agricultural machinery purchasing meeting, and product promotion fair. The clients could enjoy accumulative subsidies issued by the state (or provincial), municipal, and county government, with the cap hitting 50% of the prices. The event will contribute to winning the battle against poverty, and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.

The expo will last until September 17.
