Party members and primary school students of the village launched an activity themed “Advocating Waste Classification for Building a Beautiful Homeland" that day, to greet the World Environment Day, which falls on June 5 every year. They went to villagers' homes to publicize waste sorting, and distributed to each household black garbage bags for “Other Waste” and green ones for “Kitchen Waste".
