On February 26, the Changsha Education Bureau issued a circular on further conducting online teaching activities when the new semester will be further postponed due to the epidemic prevention and control. The circular aims to coordinate education and teaching work in Changsha when students’ return to campus will be delayed again, and to make further efforts to implement the initiative entitled “ensuring learning undisrupted when classes are disrupted.”

It is made clear that the opening of schools for the new semester should be postponed again after March 2 and the opening date will be confirmed later in accordance with the development of the fight against the novel coronavirus (COIVD-19) epidemic.
