In the past month, the Hunan Provincial People’s Government portal website has organized a program titled “I have ‘golden ideas’ - a collection of opinions and suggestions for the 2019 Hunan Provincial People’s Government Work Report”. 

Nearly 700 netizen messages were collected and some high-quality ones were sent to Hunan Provincial Government Work Report Drafting Group. According to the drafting team, 49 “golden ideas”, such as Wang Mansheng’s suggestion of “advancing the use of ‘blockchain’”, were adopted.

This is the second “I Have ‘Golden Ideas’” campaign organized by the Hunan Provincial Government. Last year's work report adopted 37 pieces of ideas and suggestions. Many tasks have been implemented in detail. The "effectiveness" of online political participation and discussions has gradually taken shape.
