Xu Xianhui, male, Han nationality, born in February 1966, is a native of Yexian County, Henan Province. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in May 1986 and began to work in July 1987. Xu is a graduate of Law Department of Inner Mongolia University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Law. He is currently vice governor of the People’s Government of Hunan Province and member of its Party Leadership Group, and director of the Public Security Department of Hunan Province and secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Public Security Department Committee.
