The first Hunan (Huaihua) RCEP Economic and Trade Expo will be held in Huaihua City between May 4 and 7, 2023. It aims to make full use of the expo platform to further deepen investment and trade cooperation between Hunan Province and other RCEP members, and promote the development of Hunan's open economy.

Venue: Huaihua International Exhibition Center, Hunan Province

Themed "New Cooperation, New Opportunities, and A New Future", the expo plans to set up an exhibition area of 20,000 square meters, with seven major exhibition areas. They are: the comprehensive image exhibition area, the city/prefecture image exhibition area, the modern international service and trade exhibition area, the key brand enterprises exhibition area, the cross-border e-commerce exhibition area, the import and export commodities exhibition area, and the 5+N modernization industry exhibition area.

An array of activities will be held during the expo, including the opening ceremony and the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor in Western Region Assisting RCEP Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum, the First Trans-Eurasian Supply Chain Summit Forum and the 2023 International Freight Business Matchmaking Conference, the Third Huaihua Entrepreneurs Conference, and the Photoelectric Industry Development Summit Forum. The expo will help achieve the organic combination of product display and commodity trading, and investment attraction and trade negotiations.
