An online job fair was launched in Changsha on February 18, marking the start of the spring recruitment season in the Year of the Ox. It was sponsored by the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee Organization Department and Publicity Department, the Changsha Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the Changsha Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau; organized by Changsha’s district or county-level human resources and social security bureaus and industrial parks; and, undertaken by the Changsha Talent Group.

During the one-month job fair, about one thousand enterprises including Sany, Zoomlion, Sunward Intelligent, Broad Group, Wasion Group, Lens Technology, and BYD, will provide job seekers with over 100,000 such high-quality positions as electrical engineers, software designers and production technicians. Job seekers can submit resumes and contact enterprises through such platforms as the Changsha Talent Website and Changsha Talent Group WeChat mini program.

A new version of the Changsha Talent Website was launched to make online recruitment more effective. It provides “direct chat” function, which allows job seekers to chat with their preferred companies in real time.

The “Spring Festival Recruitment Golden Week” job fair and an offline interview meeting for the online job fair will be held at the Changsha Talent Market from February 19 to 24. Enterprises participating in the online job fair can carry out offline recruitment, interview and negotiation, and reach intention based on previous online communication.

Relevant persons in charge of the Changsha Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, together with famous enterprises in Changsha, will conduct livestreaming to promote the campaign entitled “Good City, Good Industry, Good Policy and Good Work”.
